FYND

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026

We built FYND to identify the product you photograph and show you where to buy it. We use as little data as possible to do that: you don’t need an account, we show no ads, we don’t track you and we don’t sell your data.

1. Who we are

FYND is developed and operated by Nexora Labs (“we”). For any question or request about this policy, write to us at canulman@nexoralabstr.com.

2. What data we use, and why

Your photos

To identify a product we use the photo you take with the camera or pick from your library. Two things happen:

We do not store your photos on our servers; FYND has no servers of its own today. If you save a product to your collection, its photo is stored only on your phone.

Price and lookalike searches

To show prices and similar products for an identified item, the app uses the product’s name or description to open sellers’ public search pages (for example Trendyol, Hepsiburada and n11 in Turkey; Target and eBay in the United States) on your phone and reads the prices those pages show. These requests go directly from your phone; like any request from a browser, these sites receive technical data such as your IP address and browser details, and they may use their own cookies. How they handle data is governed by their own privacy policies. Your photo is never sent to these sites.

In some cases prices may be retrieved through a shopping search service; only the product’s name is sent in that case.

What stays on your phone

Your collection, the products you watch, your settings (market, size, appearance, the name you enter in your profile), your daily scan count and a cache used to show the result quickly when the same photo is scanned again are stored only on your phone and are never sent to us. The cache holds a key derived from the photo and the identification result, not the photo itself.

Permissions

FYND asks for camera and photo library access only for the purposes above. It does not ask for your location; the “Nearby” section searches for the product’s brand in your device’s maps app.

What we don’t collect

We don’t collect your name, your email address (unless you write to us), your location, your contacts or your advertising ID. The app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking software.

3. Legal basis

We process your data to provide the service you ask for (identifying the product, showing prices and similar products). Under Turkey’s Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), this processing is necessary to perform our agreement with you and rests on our legitimate interest.

4. International transfers

Images sent for identification are processed on Google’s servers, which may be located outside your country. Seller sites whose prices are read may also be hosted abroad.

5. Retention and deletion

Data on your phone stays there until you delete it. You can remove a product from your collection inside the app; deleting FYND from your phone deletes all the data the app has stored. Images sent to Google for identification are subject to Google’s own retention rules.

6. Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 and, where it applies, the GDPR, you have the right to know whether your personal data is processed, to access it, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, to object to its processing and to lodge a complaint. Because FYND keeps no data on its own servers, most of your information is only on your phone. Send any request to canulman@nexoralabstr.com.

7. Children

FYND is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves, for example when we add a server for accounts or price alerts. The current version is always on this page, and we will announce significant changes in the app.
