Kullanım Koşulları

Bu koşullar, Nexora Labs tarafından sunulan FYND uygulamasını kullanırken geçerlidir. FYND’ı indirerek ya da kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun.
1. FYND ne yapar
FYND, fotoğrafını çektiğin ürünü tanımaya çalışır; ürünün adını ve markasını, satıcıların sayfalarında görünen fiyatları, ikinci el seçeneklerini ve benzer ürünleri gösterir. Ürünleri koleksiyonuna kaydedebilir ve izleyebilirsin.
2. Sonuçların niteliği
Tanıma otomatik olarak yapılır ve hatasız değildir. Bu yüzden FYND her sonuca dürüst bir etiket koyar: Kesin eşleşme, Muhtemel eşleşme ya da Benzer. Bir ürünü satın almadan önce, ürünün ve sürümünün doğru olduğunu satıcının sayfasında kontrol etmek senin sorumluluğundadır.
3. Fiyatlar, stok ve satıcılar
Fiyatlar ve stok bilgileri, satıcıların kendi sayfalarından o anda okunur ve bilgi amaçlıdır. Satıcılar fiyatlarını her an değiştirebilir; FYND bir fiyatın veya stok durumunun doğruluğunu garanti etmez. FYND bir satıcı değildir: satın alma, doğrudan seninle satıcı arasında gerçekleşir ve satıcının koşullarına tabidir.
4. Üçüncü taraf hizmetleri ve bağlantılar
FYND, tanıma için Google’ın Gemini hizmetini kullanır ve satıcıların sitelerine bağlantılar verir. Bu hizmetlerin ve sitelerin içeriğinden ve uygulamalarından sorumlu değiliz; onları kullanırken kendi koşulları geçerlidir. İleride bazı bağlantılar ortaklık (affiliate) bağlantısı olabilir; bu durumda bunu uygulamada açıkça belirtiriz.
5. Ücretsiz kullanım ve FYND Pro
FYND’ı ücretsiz kullanabilirsin; ücretsiz kullanımda günlük tarama sayısı sınırlıdır. FYND Pro sunulduğunda, App Store ya da Google Play üzerinden satın alınır ve ödeme, yenileme ve iptal o mağazanın koşullarına tabidir. Fiyat ve kapsam satın almadan önce gösterilir.
6. Kullanım kuralları
FYND’ı kullanırken şunları yapmamayı kabul edersin:
- Uygulamayı insanları tanımlamak ya da başkalarının mahremiyetini ihlal etmek için kullanmak,
- Yasa dışı amaçlarla ya da başkalarının haklarını ihlal edecek şekilde kullanmak,
- Hizmeti otomatik araçlarla toplu şekilde kullanmak, aşırı yüklemek, tersine mühendislik yapmak ya da sınırlamalarını aşmaya çalışmak.
7. Fikri mülkiyet
FYND adı, logosu, tasarımı ve yazılımı Nexora Labs’e aittir. Uygulamada görünen ürün adları ve markalar sahiplerine aittir; bunların gösterilmesi bir ortaklık ya da onay anlamına gelmez.
8. Sorumluluğun sınırı
FYND “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde, tanıma sonuçlarına, fiyat ya da stok bilgilerine veya üçüncü taraf sitelerine dayanarak verdiğin kararlardan doğan zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu madde, tüketici olarak kanunlardan doğan haklarını sınırlamaz.
9. Değişiklikler ve sona erme
Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz; güncel hali her zaman bu sayfadadır. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde duyururuz. FYND’ı kullanmayı istediğin zaman bırakabilir, uygulamayı silebilirsin.
10. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketici olarak, ikamet ettiğin yerdeki tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvurma hakkın saklıdır.

These terms apply when you use the FYND app, provided by Nexora Labs. By downloading or using FYND, you agree to them.
1. What FYND does
FYND tries to identify the product you photograph and shows its name and brand, the prices shown on sellers’ pages, second-hand options and similar products. You can save products to your collection and watch them.
2. The nature of results
Identification is automatic and not error-free. That is why FYND puts an honest label on every result: Exact match, Likely match or Similar. Before you buy, it is your responsibility to check on the seller’s page that the product and its version are right.
3. Prices, stock and sellers
Prices and stock are read from sellers’ own pages at that moment and are for information only. Sellers can change their prices at any time; FYND does not guarantee that any price or stock status is accurate. FYND is not a seller: any purchase is made directly between you and the seller, under the seller’s terms.
4. Third-party services and links
FYND uses Google’s Gemini service for identification and links to sellers’ sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these services and sites; their own terms apply when you use them. Some links may become affiliate links in the future; if so, we will say so clearly in the app.
5. Free use and FYND Pro
You can use FYND for free; the free plan has a daily scan limit. When FYND Pro is offered, it is purchased through the App Store or Google Play, and payment, renewal and cancellation follow that store’s terms. Price and scope are shown before you buy.
6. Acceptable use
When using FYND you agree not to:
- use the app to identify people or to violate anyone’s privacy,
- use it for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes others’ rights,
- use the service in bulk with automated tools, overload it, reverse-engineer it or try to get around its limits.
7. Intellectual property
The FYND name, logo, design and software belong to Nexora Labs. Product names and brands shown in the app belong to their owners; showing them does not imply any partnership or endorsement.
8. Limitation of liability
FYND is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions you make based on identification results, price or stock information, or third-party sites. Nothing in this section limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always on this page. We will announce significant changes in the app. You can stop using FYND and delete the app at any time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. If you are a consumer, you keep any right to bring a claim before the consumer bodies and courts where you live.
